I do is directed toward helping companies strengthen their
leadership capacity. The evidence is pretty compelling:
companies with strong leadership (and not just at the top)
are more profitable, more innovative, better places to
work and better corporate citizens
The companies that I work with are typically global companies
with a strong Human Resource organization. In these companies
the HR organization uses leadership development to advance
the company’s strategy. My role is to help individuals
in the company use their leadership ability to execute
that strategy and drive lasting results.
Recent engagements have included:
- Executive coach for senior leaders in the banking,
aerospace, publishing, high technology, and broadcast
industries.
- Leadership development program facilitator for the
oil and gas, aerospace, and publishing industries.
- New leader assimilation in aerospace and banking.
Each project is executed in close partnership with an HR
executive acting as an internal champion for the project.
Some projects are conducted in collaboration with other
consultants and consulting firms. All projects share a
common focus: accelerating the impact of leadership performance
on strategic advantage.
